Accountabilities: How You Will Make an Impact
In this role, you will focus on managing complex workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact, data driven campaigns. You will have hands-on responsibilities supporting the design team, owning the brand guidelines, as well as designing, developing, and delivering marketing campaigns to support the growth and expansion of Kinectrics’ products and services around the world.
As a senior member of the Marketing team, the Global Marketing & Communications Specialist will bring a comprehensive technical skill set using design software (Adobe Creative suite), project management software, with some experience using CRM software (i.e., SalesForce) and analytics.
General Accountabilities
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns through content creation (copy and creative), and deployment through various online and offline channels such as social media, search, email, website, brochure, banners, webinars, and case studies with guidance from subject matter experts.
- Manage global designs and support design team, sometimes acting as a team leader and helping to direct work.
- Brand guideline owner / developer.
- Build global marketing brand and identify emerging trends.
- Work with all departments and project management software to develop timelines, ensuring projects are tracking against it successfully and any changes or updates are communicated as they occur.
- Report on campaign analytics using CRM, including lead generation, data analysis, and other relevant KPIs.
- Regularly provide status updates directly to Senior Marketing Leadership using project management tools.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for innovation and improvements throughout the full campaign lifecycle to Senior Marketing Leadership.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations, newsletters (internal/external), print/digital advertisements, press releases and other promotional materials as required.

What You Need to Succeed
- Completion of a 3-year college program in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 5-6 years’ B2B marketing experience (minimum), preferably in the energy sector and engineering management or similar role within the marketing or advertising industry.
- Expert skills in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with solid copywriting experience in a technical environment. Requires previous technical writing experience to write and review material to produce online content, product data sheets, brochures, and other relevant copy.
- Experience with project management and/or certification is not required but considered an asset for this role.
- Experience in managing relationships with external partners and agencies, including management projects, deliverables and writing creative briefs.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for digital and direct marketing contact management (CASL, GDPR, privacy, etc).
- Understanding of social media channels including LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, as well as CRM software (i.e., SalesForce).
- Innovative mindset to see and act on opportunities and suggest new programs and/or processes to improve our Marketing efforts/tactics, as well as identify emerging digital marketing trends.
